Your fellow Chamber members are then able to accurately refer you and vice versa. \n\n	Menu Options:\n\n	\n\n	The Couchon - Slow roasted pork shoulder with caramelized onion spread and apple bourbon BBQ sauce served on a bun\n\n	\n\n	Chicken Salad Croissant - Chicken salad with red onion\, lettuce and tomato on a croissant\n\n	\n\n	Hot Ham and Swiss - Served on a Ciabatta bun with spinach and roasted tomato mayo\n\n	\n\n	Chicken Caesar - Marinated chicken\, romaine\, and croutons with house made Caesar dressing\n\n	\n\n	Spinach Salad with Shrimp - spinach\, tomatoes\, dried cranberries\, feta cheese\, and a warm bacon vinaigrette\n\n	\n\n	Bowl of Baked Potato Soup\n\n	\n\n	Bowl of Shrimp and Corn Bisque\n\n	\n\n	Shrimp and Grits - Saut ed shrimp in creole sauce over cheddar grits\n\n	\n\n	A drink and dessert will be included with each meal.
