His topic will be "The Forecast is Always Wrong!"  The Lefete will be served for lunch.  That is a fillet of fresh fish fried topped with crawfish etoufee.  This will be served with a house salad and a stuffed potato.  Tea and water will be served as well.  There will be no substitutions or special request.
