Help us welcome a skilled nursing facility to Central. This luxurious 170 private bedroom and bathroom facility will host a number of amenities giving the facility an all-inclusive feel. This state-of-the-art facility will have a fitness/wellness rehabilitation gym for those needing PT, OT and ST services.
