For businesses:
What is a Trunk + Treat? Instead of Trick or Treating from door to door, Trunk and Treats are a free, safe and unique way for kids to trick-or-treat by going car to car to collect candy from each decorated trunk! In addition to the Trunk and Treat Trail, there will be live music, food, characters, movies and more at this year's event.
Trunk + Treat Details: The entire event is being put on for free, at no cost to attendees.
There is no cost for a business or individual to participate, except the cost of the treats you'll distribute from your trunk. Make sure you have enough candy and/or giveaways to last the entirety of the event. We anticipate there will be 1,000-1,500 kids in attendance and would recommend you plan to distribute at least 1 item per person. Businesses may distribute promotional items in lieu of or in addition to distributing candy.
Trunks can be decorated, and costumes are encouraged - in fact, there will be prizes for the best trunks at the event!
In addition to having your trunk and treats, you'll also need staff or friends/family to distribute the goodies to the kids. One person must be present at your trunk during the event.
The event will be COVID Safe - gloves/hand sanitizer will be provided to all trunks by the BREC Foundation.
Maximum of 100 trunks available to participate, so be sure to sign up early to reserve your space!
