Innovating Soft Skills: Disrupting the Way We Communicate
In a world where technology, business, and leadership are constantly evolving, communication often gets left behind. We’ll explore why theoretical tools like DISC and StrengthsFinder are useful but must be supplemented with real-time self-awareness, feedback, and strategic adjustments to be truly effective.
Through interactive exercises and discussion, you’ll learn how to:

- Identify and overcome personal blind spots that might be limiting your effectiveness
- Engage in conversations with greater clarity, confidence, and adaptability
- Create a feedback loop to continuously refine and improve your communication style
Your speaker, Abbey Lovett, brings 15 years of speaking experience to the table along with three national championship speaking titles. She has built her career around helping people bring their most authentic self to the table and get the most out of every conversation they have.
