Innovating Soft Skills: Disrupting the Way We Communicate
In a world where technology, business, and leadership are constantly evolving, communication often gets left behind. Traditional soft skills training relies heavily on personality assessments and theoretical models—but real-world communication demands adaptability, awareness, and action.This workshop challenges conventional approaches by introducing a more dynamic, hands-on method to improving communication skills. We’ll explore why theoretical tools like DISC and StrengthsFinder are useful but must be supplemented with real-time self-awareness, feedback, and strategic adjustments to be truly effective.
Through interactive exercises and discussion, you’ll learn how to:

- Identify and overcome personal blind spots that might be limiting your effectiveness
- Engage in conversations with greater clarity, confidence, and adaptability
